And here was I thinking that the way of medieval religion to
ensure that their followers/believers were nice and devote
and pliable and manageable was to make sure these
followers did NOT receive education so they could not
THINK FOR THEMSELVES and question what the
priests and Imams and whoever were preaching.
Here was I thinking that INTELLECTUAL THOUGHT
sets men free, makes them use their own heads,
make their own decisions.
