I do note a distinctive odor of bullshit in this thread of late, but I am
quite sure it's coming from your corner.

I don't watch Jeopardy, so I wouldn't know whether anything had happened
to it, but I don't agree that that makes me stupid and/or ignorant -- it
just makes me not a Jeopardy fan, and I don't think the two are remotely
equivalent.
Feel free to disagree, so long as you agree to disagree and don't try to
force your opinion on me or others.
On the other hand, your remark implies that something happened to
Jeopardy. I confess to being mildly curious now, despite not being a fan.
Did someone win a million bucks, or the network cancel the show, or
Trebek retire or die, or something? I heard that the long-time host of
The Price Is Right (another show I don't watch) retired recently...but I
don't recall stumbling upon any gossip about Jeopardy or Trebek.

That might be because you are a delusional wingnut and you have fun
trolling newsgroups with flawed arguments? :-)

I don't use socks. Even you don't use socks. That's the province of
really scummy trolls like WQ, Troy, and Seamus.

Otherwise, the socially appropriate and citizenly thing to do is keep
your peace -- killfiling me if you'd otherwise feel a nearly irresistible
compulsion to post kneejerk flames whenever I said something you
disagreed with. As should be apparent from the contents of the
news.answers.newusers FAQ everyone posting to newsgroups should have at
least skimmed once. |
