Lindsay is a joke. It's not all about you, Lindsay - as if she were
already a "one-name" star. Not. Most people refer to her in print,
as "Linds."
I love that commercial; I predict this "lawsuit" will go nowhere,
fast. According to eTrade, they used "Lindsay" because it was the
name of someone on the team. (Hey, maybe "Lindsay" is referring to
Vonn - spelled wrongly, but hey, nobody spells names right, anyway!)
