Here are the facts: the pope's "involvement" in the Holocaust was to
be
conscripted into the Hitler Youth program, along with every other
young
German boy at that time; he escaped when he got the chance. To libel
him the
way Silverman did is downright despicable.

The "Pope" involvement in the Holocaust goes back to when the
Holocaust actually occurred. "The Pope" is a symbol, whatever "The
Pope" did, it doesn't mean the current "Pope". I'm not a Silverman
fan, don't know a thing about her work, but it is a universal thing,
there's information out there.

Gibson never denied the Holocaust. His father, Hutton, has made some
loopy
comments doubting the extent of the Holocaust, but Mel Gibson never
said
anything like that. Ergo, he was also libeled.

Mel Gibson has turned from a matinee idol to a mid-life crisis guy,
although a bit late. He's 54 years old, the father of how many, you'd
think he'd be acting like an adult by now. Look at recent
interviews....he's "moved on". He still has a juvenile brain,
everyone else is the problem. Silverman is probably more
knowledgable on the subject. They are both celebrities, should be
regarded as such.
Don't be a sponge.....know what you know, move all this to celebrity
news, and live on. No big deal.
