Steffi's sister Phoebe's coming home to put in her two cents worth of
shrieking at Rick in the next week or so and when he tries to get away from
her she jumps in the car with him and continues her tirade about how he
screwed her, her mother, and now is going after her sister, yadda, yadda,
yadda... she grabs the wheel, wrecks the car and is killed. Take a guess who
everybody blames (except mama Brooke, of course)?
