Birth control is not so much the factor, it's available free or cheap to
poorer folks at public clinics, etc. It's more a factor of that poor women
don't see much going on in their lives so having a kid is seen as a
"desirable" thing, e.g. they have something that "belongs" to them...
Poorer women need to have more in the way of educational and vocational
choices, that way they won't have to depend on scumbag men...
It's not just minorites, either, I have female relatives that have made
similar poor choices, too. It is SO important for women to get skills so
as to be financially independent...

As muslims improve their lot by education and thus enter a higher economic
strata they tend to have fewer kids. That's why it's important to foster
concepts like human rights, education, choices for females, a secular
outview, etc. in the muslim world. More choices = fewer kids cluttering up
the place...
Stop the poor folks from reproducing and it happens all the

And also very often people of color, the fundamentalist movement has made
huge inroads in minority communities, especially the evangelical
movement...and in poorer Third World places the Catholic Church is making
huge gains, otherwise the Catholic Church would have died on the vine long
ago...
I am all for reinstating the concept of eugenics, I don't want undesirables
such as Moozlims, poor minorities of any color, suburban affluent white
fundies, etc. to reproduce...
