She really does look like she's given birth. Even when she "porked up",
she wasn't actually that fat for real-world purposes, so I can't
understand how even lipo could leave her skin like that, unless all the
smoking has just killed her skin's elasticity. If so, she's gonna age
*really* badly, really fast.
